Step three, we will come and meet you in a relaxed environment to see what you are like in person and see how you would represent the brand. 

Step four, you will be required to work alongside either the owner or manager, depending on the role. Not just to see if you fit the role, but also to see if you yourself enjoy it. 

Step five, We will review all the above steps and make the decision to hopefully welcome you on board.
