With ordering on every website, there is slight differences in how to order, Here is a check list of everything, just to make sure you have done everything correctly, also just incase you are having a few problems you can have a check list to to cross reference. You can always contact us on facebook instagram or our email provided below. But this should give you a good idea of how to order. There is also a video to cross reference. Once you have added everything you want to your basket, just have a check over to make sure you have got everything in there. You don’t want to miss that special gift for your loved ones.
Select whether you want to pick up the item in store (which is in Whitby at the moment). Or if you want to get the item shipped to you home address. The shipping calculator will help you find a price for your shipping before you proceed, but this isn’t an essential box you need to input, especially if you are from the UK mainland.
Select proceed to checkout. This will then take you to the checkout page.
If you are a returning customer you can login from this page, this will speed checkout up as we will be able to place you address etc in for you. If you have a discount coupon this is also the time to pop that into the bar at the top.
Enter billing address, this is where the card you are using is registered too. Give as much information as possible as it makes it easier for us to post the item to to you. But realistically the only information we need is anything with a red asterisk(*) next to it.
At the bottom of this you can also select to create an account with us to speed up checkout in the future.
Tick or untick “Deliver to a different address?” If you have this ticked and do not enter anything into the boxes below it will not allow you to progress to payment. This is because you have in essence not entered a deliver to address. If this box is unticked, it will send to the billing address you entered in step five.
Order notes, this is an optional box, but can be used for any special requests that we endeavour to try and fulfil. For example, if you want us to wait to ship the item later, as you wont be in for a couple of days, or this is to be added to an order I placed earlier in the day, etc. As we send everything tracked we unfortunately cannot leave parcels ‘behind bins’, or ‘in the porch’ or ‘in the garden under the patio’ etc. This is because we track everything and therefore require a signature.
Review your order is all correct. There should be a list of all the products you are about to buy, and the subtotal of all items. There will then be postage, if any, which will be added to your order. Then a total of what you are about to pay.
Two tick boxes; select whether you would like to be added to our mailing list or not, and also our terms and conditions. Our mailing lists go out once a month to keep you up to date with everything new and exciting. Also make sure you read all our terms and conditions and tick that you accept them.
Proceed to Paypal. You don’t need Paypal to pay for your goods. It’s just a portal for us to use card payments. Select Proceed to Paypal and leave it a moment to load.
In here you can either ” Log In ” and pay with you Paypal account. Or, you can be a Paypal guest, which allows you to enter your card details, and pay with card. This way you do not need a Paypal account. This might show up in one of two ways for you. There might already be a box for you to enter your card details, billing address etc, or it might have a link saying ‘pay with card’ either way you will just enter you card details and never need to sign up for a Paypal account. We use Paypal as it is the most secure payment gateway on the internet. It’s not the cheapest for us to use, but it gives us all huge amounts of security when dealing with your money.
Once you have entered all details press ” Pay Now “.
