All Delivery times are estimates and we can not be held liable for postal delays. If you order before 2pm Monday – Friday, and before 12 on Saturday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day. We cannot be quicker than that. After we have sent your parcel, we have absolutely no control over the speed your parcel goes through our delivery supplier. All we can do is be here to help you, and that is what we will do.
Royal Mail Tracked 48®:
If selected and your order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday, and before 12 on Saturday, items will be delivered in 2-3 days. If order is placed after 2pm Monday – Friday, or after 12 on Saturday it will be sent the following day Excluding Sunday. Royal Mail aim to delivery this service within 48hours.
Royal Mail Tracked 24®:
If selected and your order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday, and before 12 on Saturday, items will be delivered in 1-2 days. If order is placed after 2pm Monday – Friday, or after 12 on Saturday it will be sent the following day Excluding Sunday. Royal Mail aim to delivery this service within 24hours.
Our delivery service is fully tracked door to door.
Collect In Store:
Collect in store before 4pm on day of purchase. We hold all orders for 7 days unless confirmed separately. Once the 7 days are up, the order will be moved to our warehouse, where you will need to give us 3 days notice of collection. Please note these items can not be cancelled or refunded as we clearly state on our product page when these are due in. If this information is not available please contact us. We cannot cancel or refund the order due to it being put straight through to our supplier.

If for any reason there are any further delays we will inform you as soon as possible. Any orders placed together with any items on a pre order will all be shipped together, if you want the in stock items first please do separate orders otherwise an extra postage cost will be incurred. If we encounter any issues with your delivery from our postage suppliers, don’t worry we are on your side. We will contact our delivery firm and abiding by their terms, will come to a conclusion as soon as possible. 14 days is the usual length for cases to be resolved by our delivery firms. They make a full investigation using their GPS location trackers to try and find your parcel sooner. On the odd occasion they do deliver your parcel to the wrong address, due to all parcels been fully tracked the post man can usually track it down.
